Here you'll enjoy a selection of sophisticated Pinot Noirs and white wines paired with a savoury choux “gougère” pastry a traditional Burgundy appetizer.
Then we'll go to the Côte de Nuits vineyards for a stroll through the charming winemaking villages medieval houses churches and castles.
On the trail of the Cisterian monks who have made Burgundy their home and have enriched its culture and history we'll visit the Château du Clos de Vougeot. You'll explore the wine-making facilities built between the 12th and 16th century: the vat rooms the presses and the monks' cellar.
Finally we'll head through the ancient forests and the picturesque countryside of the Hautes Côtes. Discover the 18th century Burgundy canal a technological feat in the heart of the Ouche Valley.
